Neighborhood Lift is Invest Atlanta’s newest mortgage tool. Through a partnership with Wells Fargo, NeighborWorks America and Resources for Residents and Communities, Invest Atlanta provides up to $15,000 in the form of a 0% interest grant that is forgivable at 20% each year for 5 years.
The “Atlanta Affordable
Homeownership Program (AAHOP)”
provides $10,000 mortgage assistance
in form of a 0% interest rate soft
second mortgage and covers up to
50% of the settlement costs.
The “Opportunity Downpayment Assistance Program (ODAP)” provides homebuyers with downpayment assistance of 5% of the sales price at 0% interest rate as
a soft second mortgage.
The “Vine City/English Avenue Trust
Fund (HOAP)” provides 0% interest
rate loan up to 10% of purchase
price, not to exceed $15,000.
