Small Business Loan Informational Sessions
Do you have a small business and need financing? Are you looking to start a new business? The Small Business Loan Department of the ADA hosts a monthly Small Business Loan seminar which are held the last Wednesday of each month. Seminars will cover a variety of issues related to acquiring a small business loan. Capacity limited to 40. You must RSVP to Cathy Brackett at 404-614-8295 or via email cbrackett@atlantada.com. Housing Summit 2008
June is home ownership month. Learn the ins and outs of buying a home and find out how to access government assistance money. This event will be held in downtown Atlanta at the Georgia World Congress Center. Organizers include: Atlanta Development Authority, Freddie Mac, Fannie Mae, HUD, Federal Reserve, CCCS and AACP. Westside TAD Advisory Board Meetings
The Westside TAD Advisory Board will meet the 2nd Tuesday of every month from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. These meetings are open to the public. All meetings will be located at the offices of the ADA at 86 Pryor Street, 3rd floor. Note: the November meeting will be held on 11/4, due to Veteran's Day holiday.

Westside TAD Neighborhood Fund Meetings
This monthly meeting is to discuss revitalization projects in the Vine City and English Avenue communities that have been awarded funding from the Westside TAD Neighborhood Fund. Meetings will be held the 1st Wednesday of every month from 10:00am - 11:00am at the ADA offices located at 86 Pryor Street, 3rd floor.

Held every 3rd Wednesday of every other month. A place where Realtors can: - Find out about the advantages of Using Downpayment Assistance Programs in the City of Atlanta

- Meet leading participants using DAP programs in the City of Atlanta
- The ADA Team
- Elite Loan Officers
- Other DAP providers within the community
- Learn to layer DAP programs together to maximize the clients buying power
