The Housing Finance Division (aka URFA) is the housing development arm of the Atlanta Development Authority, focusing on creating workforce housing and promoting neighborhood revitalization in the City of Atlanta.
To learn more about the application process, workforce housing criteria and guidelines, click here.
The Housing Finance Division manages one of the City of Atlanta’s most successful programs for increasing the amount of housing inventory that is affordable for the average working class family. In 2004, this program alone added over 2,000 housing units to the City’s total inventory of over 190,000 households. Healthy cities must work harder to ensure their teachers, police officers, nurses, etc., can afford to live near their jobs. It’s the right thing to do.
