The Urban Residential Finance Authority
Request for Proposals for the Acquisition and Redevelopment of The Vineyards Apartments for Permanent Supportive Housing for Homeless Intact Families. Submission deadline is Monday March 3, 2008 at 12:00 Noon.
URFA is soliciting competitive proposals from qualified developers for the acquisition and redevelopment of property located at 601-605 Spencer Street, NW and 207-211 Vine Street, NW, Atlanta, Georgia 30314 into a multifamily residence suitable for permanent supportive housing for homeless intact families - father, mother, child(ren).

Announcement: Respondents to the Vineyard's Request for Proposal will have an opportunity to access the property and 20% of the units on Wednesday, February 27, 2008 between the hours of 10:00 AM- 2:00 PM.
Atlanta BeltLine, Inc. is requesting qualifications from firms with competencies in either:
1) Planning and Design
2) Construction management
