Atlanta BeltLine Redevelopment Plan

The Redevelopment Plan details an overall vision and funding plan for the project.  It details a conceptual framework of proposed land uses, locations of new parks and trails and development nodes that would support higher intensity uses.  It also frames the vision for economic development, reuse of contaminated properties, preservation of historic buildings and the addition of affordable housing to the City.  The Plan was adopted by City Council in November 2005.  At this time, the vision it presents is being refined through a series of detailed planning studies.
